SHIPPING COSTS
We ship using USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. During your checkout process you will be given the option to choose which shipping rate and speed you would prefer. Soon after you place your order, you will receive tracking information. Shipping costs are based on the current USPS rates.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We try to ship your order within 1-2 days. Generally, we can get it out in the next day's mail. Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
This depends on which USPS Priority shipping option you chose. Also, since the COVID-19 outbreak, USPS has been experiencing some delays in certain areas of the country, which is out of our control once it leaves Spirited Touch Designs. If your package seems to be taking longer than you think it should, please contact us and we will look into it.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order is processed and the shipping label is created at Spirited Touch Designs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, sorry, at this time that service is not available.
CAN I ORDER FROM YOU AND PICK MY ORDER UP?
If you live locally that can be arranged. Please choose that option at checkout rather than choosing the shipping option.
